I have been utilising the knowledge and skills of Nikki Walker for over a decade now and I would strongly recommend anyone with mobility or joint problems to reach out to her. Nikki has an encyclopaedic knowledge of anatomy and is consummately professional in her approach advice and support as well as being absolutely lovely to her patients.

Great post op treatment and good advice on how to build up
the necessary muscle mass around the knee to aid recovery. Thoroughly recommended.

Had treatment today with Tom Glindon for back problem. As always he was very professional and puts you at ease with his caring manner and the way he explains everything very clearly. I have complete confidence in his ability to sort the problem. I would add I have been a patient of Tom’s for three years during which time he has been treating me for an ongoing problem with my hands and giving me shock treatment to lessen the need for invasive hand surgery as well as always seeing me when other problems have arisen over that time. I trust him completely and would recommend him to anyone. Thank you Tom.

Haven’t been to a podiatrist in 12 years but glad I did. Julie is skilful and experienced, but also friendly and non-judgemental. My feet and nails needed some attention but felt like new afterwards.

This is a truly wonderful Osteopaths. It was incredibly easy to book online with a wide choice of practitioners depending upon your ailment & a good range of times/dates available. Positioned very close to Brookmans Park train station (about 3 mins walk) or free parking up to 2 hours right outside. Tom Glindon has been incredibly helpful demonstrating huge expertise, including tuition on exercises to try at home. I went with headache / neck strain and Tom was able to bring relief very quickly, he can also do acupuncture. I thought it was excellent value for money. I would not hesitate to recommend Tom very highly, he delivers a knowledgable, polite & friendly service & put me at ease straight away. There’s no pressure to re-book but I certainly will be for ongoing maintenance to prevent recurrence. Thank you Tom

I saw Tom Glindon today with a long term nagging problem which I wanted some expert advice on and he gave me just that. After a thorough analysis and examination of my symptoms and activities including use of ultrasound equipment, he diagnosed and fully explained hamstring tendinopathy. He then did some shockwave therapy which was remarkably effective instantly and advised me on the stretching exercises I need to do and equipment I need to use at the gym, in order to alleviate the issue long term.

I have seen Tom once before last year with a foot ligament tear and he was spot on with his diagnosis and what I needed to do to rehabilitate it, and sure enough it healed fully within 2 months after I followed his programme.

I went into the Brookmans Park Osteopaths with very painful Sciatica. I saw Tom, who was engaging and friendly from the start. Clearly very experienced and knowledgeable! I have been three times to see him and the pain has nearly completely gone! thanks you so much!

I had an excellent experience at the Brookmans Park Osteopaths today (recommended by word of mouth from several sources!). I saw Nikki who put me at ease straight away for my first ever osteopath consultation. She was able to work on my very tense neck and shoulders (aggravated by a fall a couple of weeks ago) and I feel so much better after, and definitely already have more movement in my neck. Nikki has shown me some exercises to help going forward. Highly recommended.

Nikki has been fantastic with the treatment of my calf injury. She has given me massage, ultrasound and acupuncture. I’m now following her exercise plan for rehab. I can’t recommend this practice highly enough.

I saw Nikki this summer as I had hurt my back on a visit to my parents in Wales. Before visiting I had spent a month half recovering then injuring myself again, was in agony and struggling to work.
The clinic is clean and pleasant to wait in. Nikki was great – really knew her stuff and was able to reduce my pain levels before a family holiday. I continued to visit afterwards and I’m sure the treatment I received accelerated my recovery. I would definitely come back if I suffered another injury.

I had chopped a nail mostly off and hasmita dealt with me very quickly and painlessly and I was walking normally again.

I am still undergoing treatment with Tom Glindon for long standing shoulder pain (tendonosis). He has been kind, friendly and very patient with me. So far so good, the pain is beginning to subside and my movement and posture have improved. I would definitely recommend Tom.

I’ve had a bad knee for years since I injured it playing tennis. I went to see Jonathan for a ostenil plus injection. He was fantastic and so helpful. This injection has allowed me to play tennis again and work full time with no more swelling or pain. Life changing, I can’t recommend these guys enough. Thank you once again! Matt

I go to an Osteopath every 3 months or so to get some part fixed. The shoulder is my weak point! I always go to the Brookmans Park practice and always have Nick Cowan. He is a great practitioner and like me a Sarries man. Recommend you go there if you need fixing! Nick

Went with back ache and quickly reassured it was not permanent. Over 5 weeks was give an exercise program and manipulated. Pain has gone from 8/10 to 1/10 (dull ache that I think will go over time) and been given some posture and lifting advice. Very pleased with outcome, quality of advice and manipulation. BP Osteopaths will be my first call if needed, though that is not my expectation. An update from me – Nikki was right in thinking that exercise would keep me on track – over 2years have gone by and I have none of those symptoms & the pain had not returned
